Earth’s Splendor Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

Buying vitamins should be simply, affordable and worry-free.

Returning them (if applicable) and receiving a full refund should be the same. Earth’s Splendor offers a 100% hassle free refund to our customers, with a valid receipt of purchase, provided within 30 days of delivery.

In most circumstances, we do not accept returned product to our facility. However, we will permit refunds, assuming the customer properly disposes of the product in a trash receptacle at their residence. Please note, we do not accept returns of 3 bottles or more. If a return and refund is requested, the refund will only be initiated once tracking information is provided to Earth’s Splendor to confirm the returned product has been shipped.

If a conflict or problem arises with a customer's order, including, but not limited to, address confirmation, an issue with billing or an expired payment method, Earth’s Splendor reserves the right to terminate the shipment of the customer's order. Then, if Earth's Splendor is unable to reach the customer by the contact method(s) provided to resolve the issue, after 3 consecutive attempts over the course of 7 business days Earth's Splendor reserves the right to cancel and fully refund the order.
